a. Account & Sign-up Information

When you subscribe to U-Cloud, we collect details such as your mobile number to verify and authenticate your identity. You may also choose to sync U-Cloud with other apps such as Photos, Videos, Music, Contacts, and third-party platforms like Facebook, Dropbox, or Instagram.

b. Log Data

When you use the Service, we automatically collect diagnostic data (via third-party tools) such as your IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, timestamps, and other system-related details. This information helps us resolve issues and improve U-Cloud’s performance.

• GPS (when enabled)

6. Data Retention and Content Deletion

Content Deletion

• Users can delete stored content manually. Deleted data remains in “Trash” for 30 days before permanent removal.
• You may permanently erase data anytime by emptying your Trash.

Account Deletion

• You may unsubscribe or request permanent deletion of your account by emailing customercare@switch.com.pk.
• After unsubscription, you’ll have 30 days to download your data before it’s permanently deleted.

8. Children’s Privacy
